Ingredients: 1 ripe banana (mashed) 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1 cup quick oats 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional) 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of salt Instructions: Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in peanut butter and honey until well combined. Add oats, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips (if using). Mix until everything is evenly coated. Roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls using your hands or a small scoop. Chill (optional): Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm up, or enjoy immediately. Tips: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can swap out chocolate chips for raisins, chopped nuts, or seeds.
