Wisdom in Caring for My Body

God, thank You for the body You’ve given me. Forgive me for the times I’ve taken it for granted or misused it. Help me honor You in how I care for myself—through rest, nourishment, movement, and grace. Give me wisdom to make choices that support my health and to listen when my body is trying to tell me something.

Remind me that this body is a temple, and though it is temporary, it is still sacred. Let me not idolize it, but let me not ignore it either. Teach me to treat it with kindness, as a vessel through which I can serve You and love others well.
